If we incorporate an idea into a Performance Scrubs design, we will give a free set of scrubs of that design to the person who first gave us the idea.
Legal Stuff: we are asking for your ideas so that we can make the scrubs that you want - not to get sued! Therefore, by submitting an idea you agree that all rights to that idea are transferred to us, and that in the event of any dispute between us you accept the free set of scrubs as full and complete settlement of the dispute.
